General Notes of delivery and shipping

• Where only part of your order is available, we will inform you and if agreed, we will dispatch the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. You will also be refunded for any items that are not sent to you.

• Our Standard deliveries are fulfilled by our reputable courier partners. We will keep you informed and or provide relevant information to enable you track your parcel where applicable. It is a 3-5 working day service, which includes Saturday.

• Our Express deliveries are fulfilled by our reputable courier partners. You will be able to track your parcel where applicable using the details we will provide to you. It is a next working day service, which includes Saturday.

• Please allow 7 to 10 working days for shipping to the listed European countries. Obviously, delivery times may be affected by the postal services available in your chosen country. Bear in mind that there may be custom and excise duties to pay in your country. Our prices do not cover such costs and we do not provide estimates on what duties you might have to pay. We duly apologise.

• While we always do our best to ship your order as soon as payment is confirmed, we cannot guarantee delivery within the stipulated time scales. However, where it becomes known to us that your order may be delayed, we will contact you with any relevant information available to us. Please allow up to seven working days for deliveries to postcodes IM, ZE and HS. Severe weather conditions may also adversely affect delivery time in other areas.

• All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. The standard or express delivery options do not require a signature. You can choose to add signature for an extra cost of £1 per parcel. Parcels that will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection.
