Note:

1. Returns are not accepted on all our bespoke (made to order) dresses.
2. We may accept to resell your dress if it is unworn or in some cases buy it back from you (the discretion is entirely ours and we will not be pressured into any such agreement)
3. We will provide timely updates each step of the way so you know what we are doing and you can change all or any of your stat until we inform you that the actual dress making has started.
4. If you change your mind after we have purchased your dress fabric(s), we will refund you only 50% of total sum paid and we’ll keep the fabric
5. Full payment of order must be received before any step of production is started
6. As always, we will source for the best quality of fabric within the range agreed. Where we cannot find the requested fabric type or colour, we will refund 100% of the total paid
7. Our usual turn around time is 3 – 5 weeks. Seasonal demands may mean that we require an extension but you will be duly informed at the time of ordering.
